1.  Should be strong in OOPS concepts VB.net, C#.net, Collections, Generics

2.  Should have experience in Web Technologies ASP.net. Nice to have Silverlight

3.  Should have experience in ADO.NET and any OR mapping engines (Hibernate).

4.  Should have knowledge on any one of web frameworks and Persistence framework. Nice to have Struts2.X/JSF

5.  Nice to have AJAX and various supporting toolkit.

6.  Ability to develop Web services and WCF to expose and consume.

7.  Should have on knowledge on Enterprise Library, CAB, SCSF.

8.  Should have experience on IIS
