Skills Required :

1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment are necessary

2. Ability to clearly communicate with team members on issues, status and design ideas throughout the project

3. Must have experience of translating business requirements into, preparing functional specifications, testing, and documenting of varying complexity following the predefined standards and best practices

4. Exposure on other SaaS platforms would be plus

5. Knowledge of latest trends and techniques in PaaS and SaaS would be plus

6. Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related technical field experience

Job Description :

1. SFDC certification is added advantage.

2. 5-8 years of IT Experience with at least 4+ years worked in SFDC implementations and Support as a systems or business analyst

3. Must have excellent communication skill

4. Must be a self-starter

5. Ability to think analytically and be a problem solver

6. Ability to analyze and document complex business processes

7. Must be a team player and be able to interact well with all users, peers and executive management
