Demonstrate a high standard for customer service and proactively managing work queues and general maintenance of client records.
Entering key personal information onto systems and checking / sampling other colleagues work for accuracy.
Contribute to process streamlining and improvement
Ability to research on own and good analytical skills
Interact with internal and external clients to get relevant information and clarity of the work flow if required.
