Provide inputs through deep dive & analysis of BTI reports to VH & MH for finalization of campaign subject.
Capture the brief for campaign from VH & MH as per pre-defined format and share with agency
Coordination with creative agency for creative output for approval
Coordination with corporate team & media agency towards Media plan roll out
Analysis of campaign efficacy (qualitative & quantitative)
Handholding with agency team for creative development coordination
Supervise creative adaptation, translation as per brand guideline
Spend tracking & maintaining provision statement
