To manage application support and maintenance operations to the satisfaction of the customer and meeting the agreed service levels and within the cost budgeted for providing the support.
Should have experience in handling ene – end project management activites ( plan, cost/ budget, risk etc..)
Team handling exp 15-20 members
Need a strong ITIL consultant in PM band for ASM consolidation
