Candidates who are looking forward to work in HCL technologies should have good knowledge in web technologies JavaScript, HTML and CSS. ( Java certification added advantage)
Should have basic networking, HTTP and trouble shooting.
Candidates should have Good E-mail communication as well as verbal communication skills
Should have good knowledge in technical support and trouble shooting.
Pref good knowledge would be added advantage in HTML, Content formatting, Lists, Images, Links, tables, Frames, Forms, Active x Objects, Special elements, page layout etc.
