Required Skills:

Candidates who are looking forward to work in HCL technologies should have the following skills and responsibilities.

1. Core General ledger process with exposure of multiple processes within GL.

2. Preference to be given to candidates with a BPO experience with reputed banking clients.

3. Any experience of transitioning General ledger processes from onshore locations will be a plus.

4. Should have intermediate to advance level of knowledge for accounting principles & practices with ability to pass accounting transactions.

Functional Skills :

Advance level of proficiency in MS-Office (Excel & Word).

Finance & Accounting Domain Knowledge

Strong Communication Skills to interact with various functions within the organization

Disciplined with focused & result oriented approach

Auditing mindset with eye for detail
