Job Description:
Candidates who wants to work in Oracle careers should have the following skills and responsibilities.
1. As part of the Network Services team within Oracle Global Information Technology organization,
2. You will be responsible for the delivery of IT services to Oracle businesses worldwide,
3. These services include the management and delivery of network infrastructure.
4. Maintain records of equipment failure following defined procedures.
5. Assist and with guidance from others escalate client problems according to established procedures.
6. Using network management tools under the direction of more experience staff, analyze network performance.
7. Analyze network performance to ensure adequate bandwidth for business needs.
8. Troubleshoot network problems on the campus network, remote locations and country wide area network though to resolution, either supporting others or by following standard procedures and practices.
9. Respond to monitor alarms to identify the root cause of an outage and coordinate the corrective action in line with existing procedures and practices.
10. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.
11. Graduate or equivalent with 0 - 2 year experience.
