Maintains appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Assisting the V.P in day-to-day operations and decision making in his absence
Co-ordinating / communicating with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the V.P
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Prepares reports by collecting and analysing information.
Monitor tasks delegated by the V.P to team members on new initiatives to ensure that work is completed to agreed deadlines
Work closely with the V.P to ensure that all projects metrics are up to date and ensure relevant managers produce monthly management reports outlining progress on all projects;
Create and manage the V.P’s filing system for all critical documents
Approve decisions, requests, expenditure and recommendations on behalf in his/her absence, according to agreed guidelines and policies.
