Job Description:

Candidates who are looking forward to work in HCL technologies should have the following skills and responsibilities.

1. 2014 Batch B.Tech/B.E. in circuit branches (CS, IT, ECE, EEE, E&I)

2. Candidate should have 60% throughout in academics

3. Candidate should not have standing arrears

4. Candidate should be willing to relocate anywhere in India/Abroad

5. Candidate should be willing to sign a service agreement of 18 months and probation of 15 months

6. Candidate should be willing to work in 24*7 environment .

Responsibilities :

1. Independent troubleshooting within SLA

2. Manage Customer escalations

3. Implementation of Six sigma projects

4. Identify avenue for value adds and present value add summary

5. Troubleshooting technical issues related to Network/Server/Storage devices

6. Handling tickets/Requests

7. Ensuring Datacenter uptime according to SLAs

8. Implementing New technologies and Design changes

9. Applying patches/upgrades to maintain security level

10. Responsible for building and maintaining Test environment

11. Update the knowledge base

12. Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required

13. Participation in Monthly steering committee meetings (as required)

14. Participate in monthly QA audits

15. Working on Network Device / Unix Server / Storage Devices (depending upon your respective domain)
