1. Candidate should have minimum 60% marks in graduation
2. The candidate needs to possess good communication skills
3. The students should be flexible to get allocated to any of Mphasis operating locations
4. The students should be flexible to take up any technology and the work timings that would be allocated to them for training and deployment there afterwards
5. Candidates of 2013, 2014 BSc, BCA passouts are eligible
Interview Process :
1. One round of interview followed by voice and ascent rount
