1. Fresher & Experienced candidates (18-45 years of age)

2. Undergraduates & Graduates, both are eligible

3. BE/B.TECH (Only EEE, CSE, ECE and Instrumentation) are eligible

4. Candidate should have knowledge of basics of computer- MS Office(Word/Excel/Power Point) preferred

5. Candidates pursuing any regular course or any of the above course are NOT eligible

6. Candidates pursuing or completed Distance MBA/PGDM are eligible

7. Candidate should be ready to work in Night Shifts

Job Description :

1. Should be able to analyze issues of UK based customers & provide solution ensuring customer satisfaction

2. Inbound premium opening (No Outbound Scam or Sales)

3. Candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English with ability to manage customer conversation ensuring confidence, clarity and ability to build rapport for Voice Process

4. Candidates should be ready to work 5 days/week with 2 Week Offs (rotational)

5. Should be flexible to work in Night Shifts, as per business requirement.
