Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex problems to supervisor or technical staff.

Comfortable to work in 247 environment (Flexible for night shifts/ Rotational Shifts )

Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills

Candidate should be comfortable to sign 2 years Security Bond ( Agreement Breach of this bond will cost 2Lacs )
