Job Description :

1. Responsible for regular service activities, add-on execution, up-grades/migration and implementation of other growth initiatives.

2. Manage all kind of service requests mainly for IOCL Paradeep CAMC.

3. Diagnose the issue and provide appropriate technical solutions to customers.

4. Proactively follow-up on solutions / suggestions provided to customers to ensure no further action is required and the issue can be closed out.

5. Candidate should be self motivated, team player.

6. Candidate should have DCS/PLC/F&G System Knowledge
