2. Developing framework and infrastructure code using current web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery) as well as JAVA.

3. Participating in code reviews

4. Engaging actively in the technical decision making process

5. Participating in technical discussions and providing feedback depending on the needs of the team/department

6. Keeping abreast of the latest technologies (including Oracle technologies) and assimilating them into the product suites

7. Pro-actively mentoring and keeping track of team mates progress

8. Ensuring compliance with development methodology and technical process

Required Skills:

1. Strong web development experience

2. J2EE development experience is a plus

3. Thorough understanding of OO principles
